Return Policy

We hope you love your new purchase! If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please follow the following guidelines to ensure a quick and prompt return. We are here to help!

Please look over your order immediately! Contact us within 3-days if your items are defective or you received the incorrect merchandise. Don't worry we'll work it out!

Return Guidelines

  • We only issue store credit in the form of an emailed gift card for all returned merchandise purchased online.
  • All returns must be received within 21-business days of ship date.
  • All returns must be unwashed, unworn and with tags
  • The following items cannot be returned:
    • Returns received after 21-days of original ship date.
    • Final Sale: anything on sale or marked down from the original price.
    • Jewelry.
    • Opened make-up or beauty products.
    • Shoes without the original box.
    • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
