Please look over your order immediately! Contact us within 3-days if your items are defective or you received the incorrect merchandise. Don't worry we'll work it out!
- We only issue store credit in the form of an emailed gift card for all returned merchandise purchased online.
- All returns must be received within 21-business days of ship date.
- All returns must be unwashed, unworn and with tags
- The following items cannot be returned:
- Returns received after 21-days of original ship date.
- Final Sale: anything on sale or marked down from the original price.
- Opened make-up or beauty products.
- Shoes without the original box.
Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
